FAQ: What are The Steps of the Workbook Purchase?
Once you hit the Buy Now Button:
1. It will take you to a Pay Pal page that will allow you to sign into your pap pal account or to pay with credit card.
2. You choose which method to pay with and click the appropriate button.
3. You will review the purchase and click on PAY NOW link
4. The last page says "You Made A Payment [image: Payments By PayPal]; Your payment for $8.47 USD has been completed.
5. THEN, Pay Pal automatically directs you to the workbook in PDF format. You must WAIT for this to happen, even as long as 40 seconds.
6. If you are NOT redirected to the workbook, it says: "If you are not redirected within 10 seconds "click here"". So, you would "Click Here" and it will send you to the workbook directly.
***Attention: Mac Users, Credit Card Users & Perhaps Others: It is possible you will only see a link that says "merchant's website". This IS the link which will take you to the workbook.)
7. You need to SAVE the location OR YOU WILL NOT HAVE ACCESS AGAIN!!! To do this, you can:
a) Add the page to your "Favorites" or "Bookmarks"
b) Copy the address at the top of the page and paste it in a file so you can have a saved copy of it.
c) Write down the address on a piece of paper so you can keep it safe and use it year after year.
d) If you have PDF file program or Adobe 8, you can save the file itself, I think!!! (I don't have this).

One woman contacted me with the complaint that " I didn't know how to open it!"
Actually, she DID get into the document from Pay Pal, but then, this is what she did:
"I saved the ebook as a document.
Later, when I went into Word to open it, I kept getting a message that said I couldn't.
By chance, as I was looking for a way to change it or save it to something else, I passed the mouse over "File" in the tool bar. Well, there right at the top it said "Open With Adobe Reader 8".
This message had never been there before (since I had just downloaded Adobe 8) so I didn't think to look there.
Also, the e-book is the only file that I click on that will cause this message to appear - so far.
I would just say that as long as Adobe 8 has been downloaded, anyone that has problems should highlight the document, then click on "File" to see if they have the same message. (Now to get some ink so I can actually print it!!!)
I suggest you save the website as a favorite or bookmark in your internet program. As well as write down the address. ONLY THEN, would I try to save it as a file. With my Mac, I haven't been able to figure out HOW to save it as a file! SO, I myself, have the address written down.
One woman wrote that she could not open the file - she received an error message. She had Adobe Acrobat on her computer, so she was puzzled. Eventually her husband noticed that her Adobe Acrobat reader was out of date and so he uploaded the newer version (Adobe Acrobat 8) from the Adobe website and then everything worked just fine!
So, get Adobe 8 ! :-)
I paid for mine... The website came up and downloaded... I then saved it with all other PDF files I've ever opened... I had no problems... Thanks for offering this item... My notebook was what was holding me back... Now I can just print it out and fill in the blanks... Thank you again! Feel free to visit my blog... :-)
I just purchased th workbook. Just as the PDF file opened, Firefox froze up and closed down. I was unable to bookmark or print anything. :( Holly, I emailed you about it just now.
