Conformity to the Divine Will
"Through conformity to the Divine Will, we unite our will to that of Jesus Christ whose food was to do the will of His Father. Like Jesus and with Jesus we desire but what He wills and that, all day long. This is the fusion of two wills. We are one with Him, we adopt his views, His sentiments, His choices... and soon, we can make our own the word of St Paul: "I live, now not I, but Christ liveth in me."

The one big virtue Adam and Eve lacked - and the one big virtue Mary and Jesus possessed - obedience.
Not a slave-master thing - but an obedience which flowed out of love and gratefulness for the goodness and mercy of God.
For us - our hearts can love God by obeying His Desire for us - that we adopt whole heartedly the responsibilities of our vocation - that we do all our jobs really really well - from loving Him to scrubbing pots - just because He asks.
And if we do this, there comes special graces and merit through the virtue of obedience. And there comes a union of hearts with Christ Jesus Himself.
Our rule is such a blessing if we just remain faithful to it! Let us pray to God for the grace of fidelity to our mother's rule.
