An "Apostolate" of Holy Motherhood
"1. They must devote all their time, energy, and resources, including their very selves to the greater glory of God and the pursuit of the Divine Will in their lives
2. They must be consecrated to the Most Holy Mother under the title of "Mother of God"
3. They must seek to fulfill their daily duties , that is, as mothers and wives in an exemplary manner of holiness by pursuing the contemplative life in their homes."

The vocation of marriage and motherhood has had it's fair share of knocks and slams over the years. Secular society considers it 'dispensible' and somewhat of a slavery. But even within religious circles, it's true importance has often been belittled too - by considering marriage and motherhood a 'natural' vocation - something people choose only because they are attracted to it naturally, without any supernatural consideration.
But the vocation of marriage and motherhood is just that - a 'vocation' - from the Latin word 'vocare' meaning 'to call'.
GOD has called us to be spouses and mothers. It is a HOLY vocation, and it will only be experienced as such when supernatural motives for living it out are adopted.
The reality is - God wants us to be holy. He wants us to reach the heights of sanctity and even mysticism - just like every other saint - religious or not.
The Apostolate of Holy Motherhood shows us how - by dedicating ourselves to the prompt and full fidelity to His Will in our homes.
How? By faithfully doing all our duties - out of love for Him - because He asks it of us. To devote ourselves to seeking His Will 'within' our vocations. To seek not our own comfort and ease or pleasure, but to seek GOD'S Will in our every day occupations.
This is the call...
